"My vechile was recently involved in an accident. I called Lori Kroeger office where I was greeted by Kaylin, which is an assistant there. She so polite and very helpful. Mind you this occurred close to the end of business hours. She provide me with everything I would need for the accident. But she went well above and beyond duties and responsibilities. On her way home she came to the seen of my accident and assisted me with the police and the incident. She stay there with me made sure everything was taken care properly.
They next morning she followed up with me to make sure everything was OK with me and help me file my claim.
You normally get people that preform the bare minimum of the jobs but Kaylin is an exception, she's a rare person when it comes to customer service. She will be the reason I continue to have my insurance policy with Lori Kroeger's State Farm. Thanks Kaylin you're a great hire."
